After finalising the details of your requirements, we’ll prepare a comprehensive and FIXED written quotation. Within seven days, you’ll receive this detailed breakdown, ensuring transparency and clarity every step of the way.

Our architect will design your loft conversion based on your requirements…
APPROVAL
Once you have approved the design and quotation we are able to arrange a start date…
CONSTRUCTION
Construction will take from around six to eight week, depending on the size and complexity of the layout…
